What We Do

Three services, done carefully

Heritage wristwatch restoration

Why This Workshop

What to expect when you bring a piece here

Conservative approach

We do not replace what can be preserved. Original parts, original finishes, and the patina that marks a well-used piece are treated as assets, not flaws.

Full documentation

Every piece leaves with a written condition report, and more complex work is photographed at each stage so you know exactly what happened at the bench.

Owner consultation

Before any irreversible step — dial refinishing, part replacement — we come back to you. Nothing happens without your knowledge and agreement.

Specialist knowledge

From dress wristwatches to marine chronometers, we work across a wider range of calibers than most general repair shops, including pieces with obscure or discontinued movements.

Small, attentive workshop

We are a small operation by intention. Pieces are not shuffled through a production line — each one is handled by the same person from intake to completion.

Honest turnaround times

We give realistic timelines and we keep to them. If something takes longer — for good reason — you will hear from us before the original date passes.

Common Questions

Things people ask before they bring a piece in

How do I arrange to bring my watch in?
The easiest way is to send a short message through our contact form or call during working hours. We prefer to speak briefly before a piece arrives so we can note what you've observed and confirm we're the right workshop for the work involved.
How long does a heritage restoration take?
For wristwatch restoration, we generally work to a four-to-eight week window depending on parts availability and the condition of the movement. Marine chronometers and deck watches take considerably longer — typically two to three months — and we discuss this with owners before work begins.
Will you change the dial or refinish the case?
Not without your agreement. Our approach is conservative — we preserve original surfaces where we can. If a dial is beyond preservation or a case finish genuinely needs attention, we'll explain what we see and what the options are, then leave the decision with you.
What if a part is no longer available?
For simple parts we draw from a stock of vintage components accumulated over many years. For more unusual pieces — particularly marine chronometers — we are able to fabricate small parts at the bench. We are transparent about what this involves and what it adds to the overall cost.
Do you accept watches sent by post or courier?
Yes, we accept pieces shipped from within Thailand and from abroad. We ask that you contact us before shipping so we can advise on packing and discuss the work. Responsibility for transit rests with the sender; we recommend appropriate insurance for valuable pieces.
Is the price fixed before work starts?
We provide an estimate once we've examined the piece. If the work uncovers something unexpected that would change the cost meaningfully, we contact you before continuing. The prices shown for each service reflect a typical scope — complex or unusual pieces may vary.
